Send copyright notices about Jigsaw Rally, its Custom Races or jigsawrally.com to our designated agent:

02Filing a notice

If you believe content in Jigsaw Rally infringes your copyright, for example a photo used in a Custom Race, send our agent a written notice that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• identification of the infringing material and enough information to find it, such as the race invite link, race name or a description of where it appears in the app;
• your name, address, phone number and email;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

03Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our agent a counter-notice that includes:

• your signature;
• identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• your name, address and phone number;
• your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or for any judicial district where Amphora LLC may be found if you're outside the U.S.; and
• your agreement to accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original complainant tells us they've filed a court action.

04Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we disable Custom Race creation and other features for users who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

05Our puzzle images

Every Jigsaw Rally puzzle image is original, licensed, or in the public domain, and we keep a source and license record for each one. If you think one of our own puzzles uses your work without permission, contact our agent above with the puzzle's name or number and we'll investigate and remove it if needed.
